I must admit, I got a week behind in my photo-taking. It was probably that ugly idol TV rearing its head again. I have to really work on giving that one up. My other posts might have been late in getting up on my blog, but I usually took the picture the day of, or was at least aware of the word for the day on the day. However, the last week (days 14-18) I have forgotten to even look up my word each day and reflect on it. This has brought up the old feelings of failure and inadequacy that like to show up in my life. I'm a perfectionist and falling behind on something like this makes me be extra hard on myself. But that is not the point of this exercise. I will not give up just because I have fallen behind. So, today I will contemplate the following list of words and work to put up pictures over the next couple of days that will reflect my thoughts on these words during the Lenten season:
Day 14: Near
Day 15: Poor
Day 16: Follow
Day 17: Beloved
Day 18: Speak
...and I better get ready to celebrate again!
